Walk-ins are always, always welcomed. However, we cannot always guarantee you will be seen immediately. Appointments are highly recommended.
We kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Yes! We love hosting parties. For parties of 4 or more, a 50% deposit of the total service is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total on the day of service.
As much as we love animals, only trained support/service animals are permitted inside the salon for the comfort and safety of all guests,
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other guests. We offer a 10 minute grace-period. Please call us at (240)260-3142 if you are running late.
We recommend arriving with clean nails and on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service experience.
If you experience any issues with your nails, please contact us within 72 hours of your service and we will be happy to assess and assist.
We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
As of April 15, 2026, we will no longer accept tips on card. Cash, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay will be accepted.
